Getting and using a Mobile Threat Net system requires a simple two-step process.

Step One: Buy the equipment. Call the Pallyn at (815) 722-1565 to place your order or complete the form below and we will contact you. All that is required is a credit card number. Public agencies can elect to use a purchase order instead.

Step Two: After your equipment arrives, follow the set-up instructions carefully. Then when instructed call XM Radio at the toll free activation number (1-800-985-9200). The XM Listener Care representative will collect your payment information for the appropriate XM WX Service package. Please be ready with your unique Radio ID number.
